Official website →Sachihime Brewery was founded in 1934 in Kashima City, Saga. The name Sachihime, ‘princess of happiness’ in Japanese, was chosen by the master brewer in honor of his daughter. Historically, the prefecture was renowned for rice production, and it was therefore logical that the art of sake developed there.
