The Sachihime Brewery was founded in 1934 in the city of Kashima, Saga. The name Sachihime, meaning ‘Princess of Happiness,’ was chosen by the master brewer in honor of his daughter. Historically, the prefecture was known for its rice production, which naturally led to the development of sake brewing in the region.
We aim to produce sakes that can be enjoyed with pleasure alongside a meal.
