About AMABUKI Brewery

What We Love

Their Expertise

Combining the expertise inherited from their predecessors with recent research on new flower-based yeasts, the master brewer is constantly innovating by creating new sakes with character and originality. Amabuki Brewery artisanal sakes are rich in aroma and have a powerful, balanced body.
